Refund policy

SOLA Apparel accepts returns for eligible items within 14 days of delivery provided the product is in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, free of stains, makeup, deodorant marks, fragrances, pet hair, or damage, and with all original tags and packaging intact; items that do not meet these requirements may be refused. For hygiene and safety reasons, undergarments, headwear, accessories, sale items, limited drop items, and any products marked “Final Sale” are not eligible for return or refund. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or defective. We do not offer cash refunds for change of mind and reserve the right to issue store credit or exchanges at our discretion. Refunds, if approved, are processed to the original payment method excluding any shipping fees which are non-refundable. SOLA Apparel is not liable for items lost in transit when returned by customers, so tracked postage is strongly recommended. SOLA Apparel reserves the right to deny returns that do not comply with this policy.
