Shipping policy

All SOLA Apparel orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

During peak periods (launches, restocks, holidays), processing times may extend to 5–7 business days.

 

We currently ship within Australia.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on location, weight, and service selected.

 

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $100 AUD within Australia.

 

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update after dispatch.

 

SOLA Apparel is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address:

  • we will contact you,

  • and reshipping fees may apply.

 

Once an order has been transferred to the carrier, SOLA Apparel is not liable for:

  • lost parcels

  • stolen parcels

  • delayed parcels

  • or carrier handling issues

If your parcel appears lost or delayed, contact Australia Post first using your tracking number.
